My parents joined their 10 days 8 states trip last year and enjoyed the trip very much. Couple months ago, my parents found out all America travel is leading a 14 days dreamy passage to Spain and Portugal. They wanted to join but I did not approve because of the pandemic. After talking to the owner, Ms. Ip, she is patient enough to explain her tour in details to me. My parents ended up joined the tour and returned home safely last night. They been talking how wonderful the trip since the moment they get into my car. But what made me touching is Ms Ip sent me pictures of my parents daily and check on my dad blood pressure often. My dad felt that Ms Ip care about him more than his daughter me. I am very happy we found a travel agent whom we can trust. I strongly recommend All American travel especially if you do not have time to travel with your parents.

We joined a Viking cruise back in November 2019. Stella and her staff were wonderful. My mom has lower back problem and therefore limited her ability to walk for a long period of time. Stella and her staff made sure that my mom got wheelchair service from all airports. Stella also tried to request room that was closest to the stairway so my mom didn’t need to walk too much to get to the upper floor. She also recommended different types of portable light weight walker/ wheelchair for my mom to bring on to the trip which she has seen her other clients used on their tours before. Stella has gone above and beyond to make sure that our family was prepared for the cruise. We had a wonderful time. My family and I will definitely use them again for our next trip

It’s good place to book your tour because all staffs are nice and helpful. This place seem to be out dated. Their computers are like window 2000 almost 2 decades old. Furnitures also need to upgrade. The still using old check style receipts and have hand written book keeping in stead of using computer. This place also need a lot organize because stuffs are everywhere. The stairs in the house showed like it’s a family business of some sort. The reason why this place got 4 stars it because of their services that they will take care for you. Young staffs do get a little confused not fully get passing down info who is the previous customer for not knowing what to do. Not really have files in the system and filling out the form every time. They’re still have loyal people come back for business but I just think a quick renovation, new computers, new furnitures, organize and keep tracking of customers database would help to improve on quick look up customer info for young or different staffs to know what to do.

We joined their most recent 10 days bus tour and we got to see so many cities and towns that we would never thought about visiting, we had so much fun and got to know many people in the same tour, we will definitely tour with them again.

Very good tours for a good price. Some problems we had on our tour may not have been their fault and they really tried hard to help us work out the problem after we arrived at our destination.
